Thank you for indicating your willingness to help out at our tournament. When you select a Volunteer Position that you would be willing to do, please indicate if it is a 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice (assuming that there are that many Volunteer Jobs that you would be willing to help out in).
Volunteer Positions available :
Site Management : set up and take down canopies, tents, tables , chairs, banners, signs, fencing, audio, parking
Tournament Management : player check in , score card preparation, match result data entry , announcing
Referee Management : handing out referee supplies, score card issue and receiving, refereeing matches if qualified
Court Management : supervise court entry gates ( gate keeper ) , shepherd players on and off the courts, greeter
Player Support : distributing fruit , snacks, water
Marketing / Sponsorship :
First Aid :
Security: Evening and overnight ( partial night ) watch person to watch equipment
Sales: 50/50 tickets, Raffel tickets , balls, name tags
Sanitation / refuse monitor
