BDAC Summer Sports Camp 2025

Welcome to BDAC Summer Sports Camps!

Our weekday sports camps teach young athletes the fundamentals of sport and athletic development. From Monday to Friday, we cover the basic skills and strategies to successfully participate in a wide variety of sports, including soccer, frisbee, football, and baseball. And as one of the top track and field clubs in Ontario, we teach essential running mechanics in tandem with speed and endurance development to benefit athletes in all sporting endeavours.

Level 1 FUNdamentals Sports Camp
Athletes ages 6 to 8.

As young movers new to sport, we focus on teaching the basic rules and skills to sport through games. It is important to establish a positive relationship with physical activity and exercise, therefore our focus is on FUN. These campers will learn a variety of fundamental running, jumping, and throwing skills, and have fun with their fellow campers and counsellors while doing so!

Level 2 DEVELOPMENT Sports Camp
Athletes ages 8 to 12.

These young athletes may already have some experience in club and school sports (although it is certainly not required!) and will continue to build upon the skills of sport. We will further teach basic strategies of gameplay that can be applied across many sports. These campers will continue to develop running, jumping, and throwing skills with a a greater technical focus, and integrate with speed and endurance-based workouts. Our goal is to teach the basics of run and sport training, while having fun!
