In consideration of your acceptance of this membership registration, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, release, waive and discharge the Kelowna Running Club and all other organizers, sanctioning bodies, sponsors, contributors and their respective volunteers and employees from all claims, demands, damages, cost, expenses, actions and causes of actions, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property however caused by reason of my participation in Kelowna Running Club events whether as a participant, spectator or otherwise prior to, during or subsequent to the events. I have full knowledge of the risks involved in participating and I assume those risks. I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by this waiver.
