As a volunteer run organization, the Langley Mustangs only functions well when everybody does their part. As a result, by registering with the Langley Mustangs Track & Field Club I agree as follows:

I will provide a Volunteer Commitment Cheque, post-dated to June 30, 2025, in the amount of $300/athlete family. I understand that I will not be able to participate in training until this cheque has been provided to the club.

My Volunteer Commitment Cheque will be returned/destroyed only after ALL of the following criteria have been met:

Junior Development Athletes:

Completion of a minimum of 8 hours of volunteer time at the Langley Mustangs meet (June 20-21) and any other opportunities that arise, for families with one athlete, or a minimum of 10 hours for families with two or more athletes.
