As a volunteer run organization, the Langley Mustangs only functions well when everybody does their part. As a result, by registering with the Langley Mustangs Track & Field Club I agree as follows:

I will provide a Volunteer Commitment Cheque, post-dated to June 30, 2025 in the amount of $300/athlete family (e-transfer also accepted). I understand that I will not be able to participate in training until this cheque has been provided to the club.

Volunteer Commitment Cheques will be returned/destroyed only the completion of a minimum of 8 hours of volunteer time (10 hours for families with 2 or more athletes) at the Langley Mustangs meet in June 2025, and other opportunities TBD.
