I understand that all membership registration fees paid by me to the Burlington Track & Field Club are non-refundable. In addition, I agree that all fees (including but not limited to event registration fees) paid on my behalf by the Burlington Track & Field Club, must be paid back to the club immediately and in full for non-participation in said event or other, unless expressly approved in writing by the Coach and approved by the Board of Directors.
