Kamloops Track and Field Club Agreement
In becoming a member of the Kamloops Track and Field Club, each member (and their parent(s) if under 18) agrees to the following statements:
Athletes/Parents will volunteer during all KTFC track meets and Fund Raising Activities (Manure Sale (mandatory), Track and Field Meets, Others as needed)
All athletes/parents are required to participate in our annual Manure Sale and support other fund raising events sponsored by the club
All athletes/parents agree to having their names and/or photos posted on various media types (website, Facebook, Twitter, newspaper, newsletter)
Kamloops Track and Field Club Athlete Code of Conduct
All athletes registering with Kamloops Track and Field Club are required to read and accept the Kamloops Track and Field Club Code of Athlete Conduct. Please download and read this Code of Conduct from our website at https://goo.gl/LefPHC. To accept the terms of the Athlete Code of Conduct, you must check the box below.
An annual (September to July) refundable Volunteer Fee of $250 for the Indoor and the Outdoor seasons is charged to each family (except those who are Track Rascal only registrations). This fee is not payable if registering for only the Cross Country season. Families are expected to work the Manure Sale each spring (bagging and delivering) as well as helping at track meets and other activities as requested. Those families who volunteer for 20 hours (including the Manure Sale) during the season will have this fee refunded at the end of the season, upon request.
Please note that the Manure Sale must be worked by all families. The necessary volunteer hours for the Indoor season and the Outdoor season are required for the refund of the Family Volunteer Fee.
