NIAGARA OLYMPIC CLUB TRACK AND FIELD COMPLEX Facility Use – Training Permits 2022 Waiver In consideration of the acceptance of my application for a Training Permit, I, for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators, successors and assigns HEREBY RELEASE WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Niagara Olympic Club and its respective agents, officials, employees, contractors, representatives, volunteers, successors, and CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my registration as a training permit holder and the use of the Niagara Olympic Track and Field Complex, whether prior to, during or subsequent to any event and not withstanding that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the NEGLIGENCE of any of the foresaid.
