All ages, all abilities. Learn to throw, improve your technique, get coaching tips, fulfill school board safety requirements for coaching school throws events. $20 includes all 4 seminars - shotput discus javelin and hammer + lunch and snacks. Friday evening April 26, 5pm-7pm- Shot Put indoors at TTFC, rotational and glide.
