Throwing clinics for both athletes and coaches. Learn to throw, refine your technique, fulfil school board requirements to coach and officiate throwing events. Shot put, discus, javelin. All ages, all abilities. 3PD points for NCCP certification. At Terry Fox Stadium. PLEASE NOTE SCHEDULE CHANGE - 12pm - 5pm.
