Athletes must register by Early Bird Deadline to get name on bibs.
Richmond Olympic Oval will only allow ceramic spikes. No exceptions. Ceramic Spikes can be purchased at the oval.
Day of event registration is $25/event or $30/ Relay team where space allows.
