TRACK & FIELD FUNDAMENTALS CAMP

Ages: 6-9 & 10-13
Drop Off: 8:30-9:00am
Pick Up: 4:00-4:30pm
The York Lions Track and Field Fundamentals Camp provides campers with an exciting week building fundamental skills in various disciplines of track and field. Lead by Coach Raymond Rudder & the York Lions Track & Field Coaches, campers will try their hand at everything including sprints, hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Relay Work, Swimming, and throws! Track & Field is a great camp to help improve physical strength and endurance that enhances performance in other sports.
This year, we are bringing you 4 exciting weeks of Track & Field! With each week something new to learn. Soccer will also be added as one of our main activities. Focusing on the development and fundamental skills, ultimately leading to games and tournaments at the end of the week.
