This online course will be held over 4 nights from 7-9pm on April 4th, 7th, 11th & 14th (Mondays & Thursdays). It covers Coach's Role, Safety and Emergency Action Plans, Teaching & Learning, Strength Training and Planning a Practice. It falls into the NCCP Community Sport Pathway.
Space is limited to just 12 attendees and attendance at all 4 sessions is mandatory.
Also, the Foundations of Coaching (FOC) is the first 4 modules of both the Sport Coach & Club Coach Course. Therefore, it should be taken prior to attending either of the in-person workshops.
