Kajaks Cross Country - XC Seasonal membership for athletes age 14+ runs from September 1st to December 7th 2024. There is an option to extend to an annual membership at the end of the season.
Practices are 4pm Monday, Wednesday, and strength training on Fridays. Saturday mornings the team will attend Park Run practices when there are no Cross Country Meets.
All athletes must hold a 2024 competitive membership with BC Athletics before attending practice. MEDICATIONS: Please (a) list any medications that club staff should be made aware of and (b) the reason for said medications. This information will remain confidential between coach and athlete. Enter "None" if the athlete is not currently on any medications. *

VOLUNTEERING: The Kajaks Family Volunteers and all seasonal athlete families are required to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer work to support club activities. Athlete families who are not able to complete those hours will be invoiced on December 1st at a rate of $10/hour for outstanding hours. *
