Online registration is required. Deadline is July 16th at 7pm. No event day registration.
Online payment is required.
Meet Starts at 6pm. All competitors should have their number picked up from the Registration Table by 5:45pm.
Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, Triple Jump
NOTE: 5,000m is a go. It will be contested as a mixed race (Women + Men) and will be run at the end of the meet.
All track events, including the 100m, will be run as timed finals.
All events will be contested as Open.
Open Women followed by Open Men.

Fees: $10 per event
Parking is $2/hour (payable in cash or card) at Pay Machine by Ben F. Avery Building on Laurentian University Campus.
