A 3000m and 800m race to get your qualifying time for the The Bell Track and Field Trials in Montreal (or just an opportunity to race!). If you are trying to achieve this in another event, let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Throws begin with discus at 5:30pm, followed by shot put and javelin.
Tentative schedule:
800m 7pm (male); 7:05pm female
3000m 7:15pm (male); 7:30pm female
