Get the Girls together and join us for a fully interactive evening!
This 2 hour program is for Ladies Only (Ages 16 and Up) and will showcase techniques that help women avoid or survive a possible attack. This camp will build your confidence while empowering you and providing you with a variety of skills, in an environment that is fun and engaging for your Ladies Night Out!
