Fall Conditioning 2023
Our Fall Conditioning program focuses on general strength and conditioning for all athletes, not only the throws. It will also act as an introductory program for those interested in learning the throwing events.
This program is open to any and all athletes wishing to prepare themselves for their upcoming offseason and/or winter sports.
Preferred rates for full team registrations, and off-site team training can be discussed by emailing yqgathletics@gmail.com
Our fall program will run from October 12th to November 17th on the following days:
Mondays and Thursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm @ St. Gabriel Elementary School (1400 Roselawn Dr, Windsor, ON)
Saturdays from 10:00am-11:30am (location TBD)
Cost will be $125 per athlete
