All athletes that are interested in representing Team Ontario at the 2023 Canadian Cross Country Championships, must declare their interest to be eligible for selection.
Athletes must declare for the race category they wish to be selected in. (Note: athletes are restricted to competing in their age category or one category up).
U14 athletes and below are NOT eligible for Team Ontario.
All declarations are due by the deadline of Monday, November 13, 11:59pm EST.
Athletes who DO NOT submit a declaration by the deadline will be automatically ineligible for Team Ontario Selection.
