All heats will be seeded by performance.
Athlete's who have not achieved the entry standard for the 800m and 3000m races are invited to enter for consideration. Once entries have closed, the Meet Director will confirm accepted entries. Entries NOT accepted will be notified and refunded.
800m: Top 32 seed times will be accepted for each gender.
Men's Entry Standard = 2:00min
Women's Entry Standard = 2:20min
3000m: Top 24 seed times will be accepted for each gender.
Men's Entry Standard = 9:00min
Women's Entry Standard = 10:20min
