A Self Defense program specially designed for fathers and their daughters!! The material in this class will be for ages 10 and up. Fathers are welcome to attend with more than one daughter. Please register Father and all daughters that will be attending.
We know how hard it is for fathers to find ways to spend quality time with their daughters. So we have designed a self defense course that will provide 2 hours of training while allowing fathers to reconnect with their girls! This is a great way to spend time together while ensuring your daughter has important self defense skills as she moves through life!!
This camp will build your daughter's confidence while empowering them and providing them with a variety of skills, in an environment that is fun and engaging!
Only 20 spots available. First come, first served. Please register father and daughter both.

Class will run On May 25, 2023 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense Training Centre located at 1224 Gough Road in Carstairs.
