All athletes interested in being considered for selection to the 2025 CSG Team must complete this declaration form.
Completing this registration process does not guarantee selection to the team, but rather shows that you are willing to commit your time to the team if selected.
Completing this registration process is NOT the same as registering for the Trials competition - which is scheduled for July 4-5th, 2025.
