The Track Rascals program is for children from 6 to 8 years old (2017-2019), and focuses on the basics of running, jumping and throwing. This FUNdamentals program teaches the skills of running, jumping and throwing and the technical skill progressions for track and field events.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Length of Program: 6 weeks
Time: Choose one of two sessions - 4:45-5:45PM OR 5:45-6:45 PM
Dates: May 13, 15, 27 June 3, 10, 12, 17, 19, *21 (track meet), 24, 26
Location: McLeod Athletic Park Stadium
Cost: $110 + separate/additional $25 BC Athletics Fee
Includes: Langley Mustangs Under Armor training shirt and entry to the Pacific Invitational track meet "Track Rascals" event - June 21
