2024 Winter Speed Program
This program is designed for athletes interested in developing speed and getting faster for any sport. The program covers the mechanics of speed, improving reaction, maximizing speed, agility, coordination and general strength. This program will benefit kids involved in a wide range of sports, including track.
Ages: Ages 9-13 (Grades 3-7)
Birth Year: 2011-2015
Days: Thursdays
Location: Alex Hope Elementary Gym
