RELEASE, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of the acceptance of this registration to attend the Judo Saskatchewan 2023 Fall Camp, I for
myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby
release and discharge the Saskatchewan Kodokan Black Belt Association
(“Judo Saskatchewan”)and the officers, directors, employees, volunteers
and any and all representatives of the organization from any and all
claims or demands, losses, or injuries incurred or sustained by me as a
result of attending, competing in, practising for or travelling to or
from the event.
