Learn to throw, improve your technique, get coaching tips, fulfill school board safety requirements for coaching school throws events. $20 includes all 4 seminars - shotput discus javelin and hammer + lunch and snacks. Experienced, national coaches. 3 PD points toward NCCP. At Alumni Stadium Western University.
