A maximum of 2 athletes may be entered as competitors except for Open Events (3000m girls and 5000m boys) where only 1 competitor may be
entered.
Any registered athlete within an age category can be used as a reserve for any event in the same age category. Any athlete who has not been selected
as a competitor in any event but will be used as a reserve should be entered for the Event – Reserved on the online system.
