The SECOND of three Thursday night meets. The April 25 meet will be just jumps and throws, no track events. We will begin warmups at 3:45pm and the meet will start at 4:30pm.
The events shot put, discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump.
The NS Provincial Throwing Coach, Jodie Langley will be on site to provide feedback and advice to any and all athletes that ask her of it. Jodi will be accompanied by the Canadian shot put record holder, 2024 Olympic hopeful Katie Pegg as she prepares for the World Para Championships next month in Kobe, Japan.

Proceeds from the entry fees go toward paying for more track and field equipment and to help our District and Region have the best meets! If the cost is a financial burden, then please reach out to me and we will make arrangements. The entry fee is $5 for up to six events. The entry fee is non-refundable.
