Fall Session Training Schedule
Trainings will take place at the Robert Hartley Sports Complex (Salle Multisports, 150 m indoor track).
Training Schedule:
U9 Initiation (6 to 8 years old – 2016 to 2018): Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, October 2 to November 20, 2024 (8 sessions).
U12 Initiation (9 to 11 years old – 2013 to 2015): Fridays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, October 4 to November 22, 2024 (8 sessions).
U16 Development (12 to 15 years old – 2009 to 2012): Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM and Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM, October 2 to November 22, 2024 (16 sessions).
Please note that some courses may change if there are competitions or municipal activities at the same time.
Exception: The training scheduled for Friday, November 8th, has been moved to Monday, November 4th, due to the Hawkesbury Expo.
Registration fees include:
-A FREE technical fabric t-shirt for new members. (value of 35$)
-A FREE t-shirt for members attending their 6th session with the club. (value of 35$)
-One free competition.
-Free registration for the Provincial Championships (QC & ON) in indoor, outdoor, and cross-country*
Registration fees cover club membership only. Insurance costs and affiliation with Athletics Ontario (AO) vary by category, and Trackie registration processing fees are additional.
If you are already affiliated with Athletics Ontario from a winter or spring-summer session in 2024, you will NOT need to pay the AO affiliation fees again for 2024.
Club uniforms are MANDATORY during competitions.
