AGE GROUP: 11-13 year-olds (2012-2014)
DESCRIPTION: This Junior Development (JD) program will help athletes develop the
fundamental movements and coordination required in the sprints & jumps
disciplines. The focus of this program will be on the development of speed.
Fundamentals in long jump & high jump, including related jumps drills,
will also be explored and developed.
DAYS: Mondays
DATES: April 14, 28, May 5, 12, 26, June 2, 9, 26, 23
TIME: 5:00-6:30pm
COST: $100 + additional BC Athletics training membership ($40) https://www.bcathletics.org/Membership/
