Special Instructions
All athletes must be registered by their school coach, Athletic Director, or alternate, using MileSplit. There are strict rules about how many athletes from any one school may register in any one event (maximum of 3 athletes per school per event and gender).
Payment is by school cheque only. Please make the cheque out to Kamloops Track and Field Club. Fees must be paid before the envelope of numbers will be released unless prior arrangements have been made with Brian (Registrar) before the Meet begins. The person paying the fees (or a responsible person who can be designated) will be in charge of the envelope of numbers and must make sure that athletes know where to find this person.
The competition numbers must be given to the correct athletes. If an athlete has the wrong number at the start of an event, they will not be able to compete in that event.

Volunteer
There are some areas in the meet where we will need help. Athletes who are not competing at the time, coaches, parents/spectators are encouraged volunteer for these tasks. To volunteer, click on the Help Out button below.
Other Information
All schools must be members of BC School Sports and athletes must be claimed by their school.
Athletes may be entered in up to 3 individual events and up to 2 relays. However, each school is only allowed to enter 3 athletes maximum in any specific event (division and gender).
Fees are $25 per athlete, up to a maximum of $500 per school.
Athletes must be registered by the school coach or alternate, using MileSplit only.
